Prerequisites

• Steelswarm Operator on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura on the battlefield
• Memnarch on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Steelswarm Operator's second ability by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities of artifacts
2. Activate Memnarch by paying , causing Pemmin's Aura to become an artifact
3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Steelswarm Operator
4. Activate Steelswarm Operator's second ability by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities of artifacts
5. Repeat from step 3

Results

• Infinite blue mana that can only be spent to activate abilities of artifacts
• Infinite blue mana that can only be spent to cast artifact spells
