Grenzo, Dungeon Warden, Ashnod's Altar, Transplant Theorist, and Murderous Redcap

Prerequisites

• Grenzo, Dungeon Warden on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Transplant Theorist on the battlefield
• Murderous Redcap on the battlefield
• Murderous Redcap does not have a -1/-1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding
2. When Murderous Redcap dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
3. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding
5. Activate Transplant Theorist by paying , putting Murderous Redcap on the bottom of your library from your graveyard
6. Activate Grenzo by paying , putting Murderous Redcap into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield
7. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to any target
8. Repeat
