Steps

1. Activate Thunderclap Drake by paying and sacrificing it
2. Cast Kindle the Inner Flame by paying its mana cost, targeting Biovisionary
3. Thunderclap Drake triggers, copying Kindle the Inner Flame at least twice, with all copies targeting Biovisionary
4. Resolve all Kindle the Inner Flame spells, creating at least three copies of Biovisionary
5. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers, causing you to win the game
