Steps

2. Holding priority, cast Increasing Vengeance from your graveyard for its flashback cost by paying , copying Quasiduplicate twice, with both copies targeting Biovisionary
3. Resolve all Quasiduplicates, creating three token copies of Biovisionary
4. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game
