Steps

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Gleaming Splendor by paying due to Zirda, causing you and an opponent to draw a card
3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent
4. Repeat
