Prerequisites

• Bristly Bill, Spine Sower on the battlefield
• Fertilid on the battlefield
• Tireless Provisioner on the battlefield
• Nissa, Resurgent Animist on the battlefield
• Fertilid has at least one +1/+1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Fertilid by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, searching your library for a basic land card and putting it onto the battlefield tapped
2. When the land enters the battlefield, Bristly Bill, Nissa and Tireless Provisioner trigger
3. Resolve the Bristly Bill trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Fertilid
4. Resolve the Nissa and Tireless Provisioner triggers, adding and creating a Treasure token
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat
