Prerequisites

• Kilo, Apogee Mind on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Staff of Domination on the battlefield
• each turn available

Steps

1. Tap Kilo by any method
2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter
3. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying , untapping Kilo
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping it
5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 one additional time
6. Then, repeat steps 1 and 2 one additional time
7. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
