Steps

1. Cast Lightwheel Enhancements either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying , attaching it to Kobolds of Kher Keep
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep, adding
3. When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Dawn Evangel triggers, returning Kobolds of Kher Keep from your graveyard to your hand
4. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying
5. Repeat
