• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Crookshank Kobolds on the battlefield
• You have max speed

Steps

1. Cast Lightwheel Enhancements either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying , attaching it to Crookshank Kobolds
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Crookshank Kobolds, adding
3. When Crookshank Kobolds dies, Dawn Evangel triggers, returning Crookshank Kobolds from your graveyard to your hand
4. Cast Crookshank Kobolds by paying
5. Repeat
