Prerequisites

• Lord of Tresserhorn on the battlefield
• Phyresis on the battlefield
• Phyresis attached to Lord of Tresserhorn
• Lord of Tresserhorn does not have summoning sickness
• An opponent is unable to block and kill Lord of Tresserhorn

Steps

1. Deal combat damage with Lord of Tresserhorn, causing target opponent to get ten poison counters
2. The opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters
