• Tainted Strike in hand
• Lord of Tresserhorn does not have summoning sickness
• An opponent is unable to block and kill Lord of Tresserhorn
• available

Steps

1. Cast Tainted Strike by paying , giving Lord of Tresserhorn +1/+0 and infect until end of turn
2. Deal combat damage with Lord of Tresserhorn, causing target opponent to get eleven poison counters
3. The opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters
