• Rootha, Mercurial Artist on the battlefield
• Dramatic Reversal in hand
• Leyline of Anticipation on the battlefield
• Nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least

Steps

1. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying
3. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying and returning it to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal
4. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control
5. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least
6. Cast Rootha by paying
7. Repeat from step 3
