Steps

1. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying
2. Holding priority, activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least
3. Activate Rootha by paying and returning it to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal
4. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control
5. Cast Rootha by paying due to Aluren
6. Repeat from step 2
7. If nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least , this combo nets infinite mana
