Steps

1. Cast Through the Breach by paying
2. Storm-Kiln Artist and Veyran trigger twice
3. Resolve the Veyran triggers, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn
4. Resolve the Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating two Treasure tokens
5. Activate the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Activate Rootha by paying and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Through the Breach
7. Storm-Kiln Artist and Veyran trigger twice
8. Resolve the Veyran triggers, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn
9. Resolve the Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating two Treasure tokens
10. Resolve the copy of Through the Breach, putting Rootha from your hand onto the battlefield
11. Repeat from step 5
