Rootha, Mercurial Artist, Twinning Glass, and Dramatic Reversal

Prerequisites

• Rootha, Mercurial Artist in hand or in the command zone
• Twinning Glass on the battlefield
• Dramatic Reversal in hand
• Nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least
• plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable available

Steps

1. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable
3. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying
4. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal
5. Activate Twinning Glass by paying and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost
6. Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control
7. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least
8. Repeat from step 4
