Steps

- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing an Elemental
- The Elemental dies, triggering Galvanic Juggernaut, untapping Galvanic Juggernaut
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Elemental's power
- Repeat
