• Famished Paladin on the battlefield
• Elemental Mastery on the battlefield
• Healer of the Pride on the battlefield

Steps

1. Tap Famished Paladin to create 3 1/1 creature tokens with haste
2. The token ETBs, triggering Healer of the Pride three times, and gaining you 2 life each time
3. Famished Paladin triggers, untapping itself
4. Repeat for infinite creature tokens
