Steps
- Activate Pili-Pala by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elemental creature token with haste
- When the Elemental enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding
for each Elemental you control - Activate Pili-Pala by paying
and untapping it, adding one mana of any color - Repeat
