Steps

1. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying
2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
3. When the Soldier enters the battlefield, Suture Priest's first ability triggers, causing you to gain one life
4. When Whitemane Lion enters the battlefield, it and Suture Priest's first ability trigger
5. Resolve the Suture Priest trigger, causing you to gain one life
6. Resolve the Whitemane Lion trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
7. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Soldier, adding
8. Repeat
