Steps

Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least
Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Derevi
Choose to return Derevi from your graveyard to the command zone
Resolve the Shilgengar ability Activate Derevi by paying , putting it from the command zone onto the battlefield
When Derevi enters the battlefield, it triggers twice
Resolve the first trigger, untapping Bloom Tender
Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least
