• You control at least three Foods

Steps

1. Activate Peregrin Took by sacrificing three Foods
2. Experimental Confectioner's second ability triggers three times, creating three 1/1 Rat creature tokens and three Food artifact tokens
3. Resolve the Peregrin Took ability, causing you to draw a card
4. Repeat
