Steps
- Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one
- At the beginning of your end step, Soulherder's second ability triggers, blinking Halo-Charged Skaab
- Halo-Charged Skaab and Soulherder's first ability triggers
- Resolve the Soulherder trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
- Resolve the Halo-Charged Skaab trigger, causing each player to mill two cards and put Temporal Manipulation on top of your library from your graveyard
