Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Gravecrawler
2. Gravecrawler dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Gravecrawler's power
4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
5. Cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard by paying
6. Repeat
