Steps

1. Activate [[Free Sac Outlet]] by tapping it and sacrificing Sword of the Meek
2. Crime Novelist and Krenko trigger
3. Resolve the Crime Novelist trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on the Crime Novelist
4. Resolve the Krenko trigger, Paying to create a 1/1 Goblin creature token with haste
5. Sword of the Meek triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield, attached to the Goblin token
6. [[Free Sac Outlet]] triggers, untapping [[Free Sac Outlet]]
7. Resolve the [[Free Sac Outlet]] trigger from step 1, causing target player to mill three cards
8. Repeat
