Steps

1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Rally the Galadhrim by paying and tapping Mnemonic Wall and Palinchron, targeting Mnemonic Wall Rally the Galadhrim's conspire ability triggers, copying it, targeting Palinchron
3. Resolve the copy of Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Palinchron
4. When the Palinchron token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands
5. Resolve the original Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Mnemonic Wall
6. When the Mnemonic Wall token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Rally the Galadhrim from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat, tapping the Mnemonic Wall and Palinchron tokens when casting Rally the Galadhrim instead
