Prerequisites

• Tangleroot on the battlefield
• Words of Wind on the battlefield
• Guardian Project on the battlefield
• Kobolds of Kher Keep in hand

Steps

1. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying
2. Tangleroot triggers, adding
3. When Kobolds of Kher Keep enters the battlefield, Guardian Project triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Words of Wind by paying , replacing the next card you draw
5. Resolve the Guardian Project trigger, causing you to return Kobolds of Kher Keep from the battlefield to your hand, and causing each opponent to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to your hand
6. Repeat

• Infinite LTB
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite storm count
• Return all permanents opponents control to their owner's hand
