• Jaxis, the Troublemaker on the battlefield
• Breaching Hippocamp on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Jaxis does not have summoning sickness
• You have at least one card in hand

Steps

1. Activate Jaxis by paying , tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of Breaching Hippocamp with haste
2. The Breaching Hippocamp token enters the battlefield, untapping Jaxis
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Breaching Hippocamp token, adding
4. The Breaching Hippocamp token dies, causing you to draw a card
5. Repeat
