Steps
- Cast Time Warp by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one
- Play Mystic Sanctuary
- When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, it triggers, putting Time Warp on top of your library from your graveyard
- Activate Vedalken Mastermind by paying and tapping it, returning Mystic Sanctuary from the battlefield to your hand
- Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp during your draw step
- Repeat
