Steps

1. Cast Daru Spiritualist by paying
2. When Daru Spiritualist enters the battlefield, Jaws of Defeat triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Spirit en-Kor by paying , targeting Daru Spiritualist
4. Daru Spiritualist triggers, giving it +0/+2 until end of turn
5. Resolve the Spirit en-Kor ability
6. Repeat from step 3 an arbitrarily large number of times
7. Resolve the Jaws of Defeat trigger, causing an opponent to lose an arbitrarily large amount of life

Results

• Target opponent loses the game
• Infinite lifeloss for target opponent
