Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Bloodflow Connoisseur on the battlefield
• Metamorphosis Fanatic on the battlefield
• Syr Vondam, Sunstar Exemplar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Syr Vondam triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life
3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Syr Vondam trigger
6. Resolve the Syr Vondam trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
10. Repeat
