Steps

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing another creature
2. When the creature dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token and a creature token due to Quina
3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
4. Repeat
