Prerequisites

• Scourge of Nel Toth on the battlefield
• Infested Thrinax in hand
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Bloodflow Connoisseur on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Infested Thrinax by paying When Infested Thrinax enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens when a nontoken creature you control dies
2. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Scourge of Nel Toth
3. When Scourge of Nel Toth dies, Infested Thrinax and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
4. Resolve the Infested Thrinax trigger, creating six 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
6. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing a Saproling
7. When the Saproling dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
8. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur abilities from steps 3 and 7, putting two +1/+1 counters on it
9. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
10. Cast Scourge of Nel Toth from your graveyard by paying and sacrificing two Saprolings
11. When the Saprolings die, Pitiless Plunderer triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens
12. Repeat from step 3
