Steps

1. Cast Crookshank Kobolds by paying
2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Lurrus
3. Resolve the Crookshank Kobolds spell
4. Then, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Crookshank Kobolds, putting a +1/+1 counter on Bloodflow Connoisseur Repeat
