Steps

1. Cast Palinchron for
2. Palinchron enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Molten Echoes
3. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least
4. Activate the seven lands by tapping them, adding at least
5. Resolve the Molten Echoes trigger, creating a copy of Palinchron
6. The Palinchron copy enters the battlefield, untapping up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least
7. Activate the seven lands by tapping them, adding at least
8. Activate the non-token Palinchron by paying , returning it to your hand
9. Repeat
