Steps

1. Activate Patchwork Gnomes by discarding Dakmor Salvage
2. The Gitrog Monster's third ability triggers, causing you to mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand
3. Resolve the Patchwork Gnomes ability, regenerating it
4. Repeat
