Steps

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Vilis by paying and two life, targeting any creature
3. Vilis triggers, causing you to draw two cards
4. Sheoldred's first ability triggers twice, causing you to gain four life
5. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent
6. Repeat
