• Flicker in hand
• Bonus Round in hand
• Hag Hedge-Mage on the battlefield
• You control at least two Forests

Steps

1. Cast Bonus Round by paying , causing each player to copy each instant or sorcery spell they cast this turn
2. Cast Flicker by paying , targeting Hag Hedge-Mage
3. Bonus Round triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand
4. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand
5. Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Hag Hedge-Mage
6. When Hag Hedge-Mage enters the battlefield, its second ability triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard
7. Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exile Flicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targeting Hag Hedge-Mage
8. Quintorius Kand and Bonus Round trigger
9. Resolve the Quintorius Kand trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life
10. Resolve the Bonus Round trigger, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand
11. Repeat from step 4
