Prerequisites

• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Tamiyo, Collector of Tales on the battlefield
• Planewide Celebration in hand
• each turn available

Steps

1. Cast Planewide Celebration by paying , Proliferating Magistrate's Scepter and Tamiyo four times
2. Activate Tamiyo's second ability by removing three loyalty counters to return Planewide Celebration from your graveyard to your hand
3. Activate Magistrate's Scepter by tapping it and removing three charge counters, taking an extra turn after this one
4. Pass the turn
5. Repeat
