Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing Poxwalkers and Eternal Scourge, adding
2. Activate Lluwen by exiling Eternal Scourge from your graveyard, causing Lluwen to become prepared
3. Cast a copy of Pest Friend by paying
4. Poxwalkers triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Resolve Pest Friend, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing Poxwalkers and the Pest, adding
7. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
8. Repeat
