Steps

1. Activate Havengul Lich by paying , allowing you to cast a Zombie from your graveyard this turn
2. Cast the Zombie from your graveyard by paying due to Rooftop Storm
3. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing the Zombie
4. When the Zombie dies, Moldervine Reclamation triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and draw a card
5. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Repeat
