Steps

1. Activate Havengul Lich by paying , allowing you to cast a Zombie from your graveyard this turn
2. Cast the Zombie from your graveyard by paying due to Rooftop Storm
3. When the Zombie enters the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing the Zombie
5. When the Zombie dies, Elas il-Kor's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life
6. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token
