• Mindsplice Apparatus on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Whim of Volrath in hand
• Mindsplice Apparatus has at least two oil counters on it

Steps

1. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying
2. Lord of the Nazgûl triggers, creating a 3/3 Wraith creature token
3. Resolve Whim of Volrath, returning it to your hand
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Wraith, adding
5. Repeat
