Prerequisites

• Living Hive on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Hellkite Charger on the battlefield
• Living Hive does not have summoning sickness
• Living Hive and Hellkite Charger cannot be blocked by an opponent

Steps

1. Increase Living Hive's power or combat damage ouput by any method so it deals at least 7 combat damager per attack
2. Declare Living Hive and Hellkite Charger as attackers
3. Hellkite Charger triggers, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one
4. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Living Hive
5. Living Hive triggers, creating at least seven 1/1 Insect creature tokens
6. Move to your next combat phase
7. Declare Living Hive and Hellkite Charger as attackers
8. Hellkite Charger triggers, holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing seven Insects, adding
9. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one
10. Repeat from step 4
11. If Living Hive deals at least 8 combat damage per attack, this combo nets infinite Insect tokens and red mana
