Steps

1. Cast Grave Sifter for its evoke cost by paying
2. When Grave Sifter enters, its first ability and evoke abilities trigger, as well as Mana Echoes
3. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding for each creature you control that shares a creature type with Grave Sifter
4. Resolve the Grave Sifter trigger, optionally returning a card from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the evoke trigger, sacrificing Grave Sifter
6. When Grave Sifter dies, Ashling triggers, creating a token copy of Grave Sifter with haste
7. When the Grave Sifter token enters, it and Mana Echoes trigger
8. Resolve the Grave Sifter token's trigger, returning Grave Sifter from your graveyard to your hand
9. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the Grave Sifter token
10. Repeat
