Steps

1. Activate Pashalik Mons by paying and sacrificing a Goblin
2. The Goblin dies, triggering Pashalik Mons, dealing 1 damage to any target
3. Resolve the Pashalik Mons ability from step 1, creating two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens
4. The Goblins enter the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes twice, adding for each Goblin you control
5. Repeat
