Prerequisites

• The Jolly Balloon Man on the battlefield
• Mana Echoes on the battlefield
• Staff of Domination on the battlefield
• You control at least one additional nonlegendary creature
• You control at least four creatures that are either Balloons or that share a creature type with the nonlegendary creature

Steps

1. Activate The Jolly Balloon Man by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of a nonlegendary creature you control that is a 1/1 Balloon with flying and haste
2. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding for creature you control that shares a creature type with the creature token
3. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying and tapping it, untapping The Jolly Balloon Man
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping it
5. Repeat
