Steps

1. Cast Etali by paying
2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Etali
4. When Etali dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
6. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library, and cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs
7. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Cast all nonland cards from each opponent's library
• Exile each opponent's library
• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Carrion Feeder
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite sacrifice triggers
