• Aluren on the battlefield
• Council of Advisors in hand

Steps

1. Cast Council of Advisors by paying
2. Council of Advisors enters the battlefield, triggering its ability
3. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Council of Advisors
4. Council of Advisors dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Council of Advisors on top of your library from your graveyard
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
6. Resolve the Council of Advisors trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Council of Advisors from the top of your library
7. Repeat
