• Flickering Hound on the battlefield
• Carrion Feeder on the battlefield
• Crookshank Kobolds in hand or in the graveyard

Steps

1. Cast Crookshank Kobolds by paying
2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Lurrus
3. Resolve the Crookshank Kobolds spell
4. Then, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Crookshank Kobolds, putting a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder Repeat
