Prerequisites

• Lonis, Genetics Expert on the battlefield
• Rosie Cotton of South Lane in hand
• You control at least one additional creature, or have a way to remove Lonis and/or Rosie from the battlefield
• You control at least one additional creature, or have a way to remove Lonis and/or Rosie from the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Rosie by paying
2. When Rosie enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a Food artifact token
3. Rosie's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Lonis
4. Lonis' second ability triggers, creating a Clue artifact token
5. Repeat from step 3
6. Once you would like to break the combo, you may use Rosie's trigger to put a +1/+1 counter on any creature you control except Lonis, or you may remove Lonis and/or Rosie instead
7. NOTE: A failure to break the combo will force the game to end in a draw due to a mandatory infinite loop
8. Cast Rosie by paying
9. When Rosie enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a Food artifact token
10. Rosie's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Lonis
11. Lonis' second ability triggers, creating a Clue artifact token
12. Repeat from step 3
